Dr. Mark Sirkin will discuss his experiences consulting with family businesses and how he utilizes his background as a psychologist and systems therapist to work with these complex organizations.  Dr. Sirkin will discuss how and why psychologists, especially those with a systems perspective, offer unique value. He will discuss some of the basic principles of consulting to complex systems and the typical stages that family businesses go through.  Dr. Sirkin will introduce some theoretical principles and use case studies and discussion to illustrate how he works with these families.
