Featured in PBS documentary, written about in NY TIMEs, Mother Noella Marcellino, O.S.B., Ph.D. will be giving a guest lecture to the Food in the Global Community Course and you are invited.  She is a micro-biologist and cheese maker at the Regina Laudis Abbey (Benedictine) in Bethlehem, Connecticut.
